Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc which provide us with an online eCommerce platform from which we use to sell our products and service you.The material on this site is provided for general information only, and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate and complete sources of information. Whilst any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk, we welcome all questions and enquiries prior to purchase.
Products are exclusively available online through the website and shipped to the buyer. Products cannot be picked up in person. The products have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange policies which are listed below. We do not warrant the quality of any products, services and information to meet your expectation. We rely on third parties to work together such as payment processing and shipping, which can be out of our control. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

3.0 Security Policy
Love, Emma uses the PayPal and eWay payment gateway for its online credit card transactions. Payment and eWay processes online credit card transactions via the internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the PayPal and eWay gateway are secured payments. Please note eWay terms:
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response
- Credit card numbers cannot be viewed by an outside party
- Transactions are performed under security authentication (SSL)
- Transaction data is encrpted within eWay’s data centre
- eWay transfers monies from your credit card to the merchant account held by Love, Emma
Your purchase data adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. This ensures the secure handling of credit card information.
4.0 Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We normally confirm receipt of your order within a short time of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods usually within 1 working day. 5.0 Refund Policy
We are happy to assist with any enquiries you have before you make a purchase. However please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds and returns. We value our customers and take pride on our products. If you experience any issue with our product or service, please contact us as soon as possible. We ship Australia-wide by couriers and Australia Post. Delivery time and cost is dependant on the method chosen and the delivery address.
Our delivery partners take every precaution to deliver your gift with care and in a timely fashion. However, in the event that the goods have been damaged during the delivery process, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, by phone (0404 291 673) or by emailing us at tamra@loveemma.com.au.
6.0 Shipping Policy
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from shipping. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order. All items are sent with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
You have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. For example, you may want to use your work address for delivery if your employer’s workplace policies allow this.
If you do not answer when the courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will generally leave a card. You must then contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. Without limitation, we are not liable for any loss or damage as a result of you failing to contact our courier within the time specified in any “article awaiting collection” notice left by the courier at the time of delivery.
